I came to acupuncture when I was suffering from stress and physical problems brought on by my job.  It was experiencing the positive emotional and physical effects of treatment that motivated me to become a practitioner myself.

In 2010, I began studying at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, one of the most prestigious colleges in the country, and graduated with an Honours degree and a Licentiate of Acupuncture in 2013.

Since then I have built a successful practice in Surrey and Hampshire, where I enjoy seeing on a daily basis the life-changing effects acupuncture can have for people.  Though an experienced general practitioner, I have a special interest in treating perimenopausal symptoms, and also stress and anxiety.

Many of us lead extremely busy lives and have little time to really take care of ourselves.  Acupuncture is a gentle treatment that allows your body to reset itself by addressing any imbalances in a holistic way, from root to branch.  As a practitioner, I am constantly inspired by witnessing the profoundly positive effects this elegant treatment can have.
