There are understandably many reasons why we are feeling stressed at the moment. A study published in the Journal of Nervous and Mental Diseases found that EFT lowered the major stress hormone Cortisol significantly more than other interventions tested. High levels of stress can lead to chronic complications such as high blood pressure, brain fog, weight gain and it hampers the immune system. In this webinar we will be doing this incredible and simple technique to reduce our cortisol levels thus promoting our mental and physical well being.
